1. What have you been up to lately?

Oh man, I have been so busy! I think I am going through a nesting period so early :lol: I have been on a major cleaning spurge this week, I have had two weeks of work (even though I only do 6hrs!) as I needed to use up all my holidays by the end of March, so all I have been doing really is cleaning, cooking, and entertaining Sarah. Typical housewife/mom things!

2. Are you watching the idol show? if so who has you're vote?
I have been watching bits of the idol show, but I dont know if we are watching the same one as you guys. It is American Idol but I will admit I dont really know the contestants. I always watch the auditions, I loved the twins (cant remember their names, but did some major jigging!) and I also loved the preacher, BIG MAN!! I dont really get into the actual competition until about 3wks to go, only because we cant vote here!

What's your most embarrassing moment?
This I will put down to pregnancy brain when I was pg with Sarah 2yrs ago.

I was driving home from work one day when I looked in my rear view mirror and was horrified to see a cop car with sirens going flashing the lights. He was going slowly so I figured I was being pulled over. I panicked. Anyway, I pulled over and was suprised to see the officer not getting out of his car but waving his arms frantically at me. I waved back. Seconds later the officer got out of the car, and can I just say he looked liked he was fresh out of high school! :rolleyes: Anyway, he came over to me and told me that I couldnt stop in the road like that (It was a busy road). I told him that he pulled me over and he said he didnt. He was escorting a Truck with a tanker on the back! :blush:

I dont know if this happens with you guys, but here, if there is a lorry/truck carrying a very large cargo like that tanker (A big boat!) then they have to get a police escort. I unfortunately did not notice this great big montrosity of a thing!! :blush:

What's in your CD player right now?
In my CD player in the house, I have the Ultimate Chick Flicks, which is just brilliant, its a CD with all tracks played from chick movies such as Bridgete Jones, Love Actually, Dirty Dancing etc.

In my car, I have Robbie Williams, Greatest Hits, which I just put in after having Sissor Sisters in it for so long!

What's your favorite junk food?
Chips (French Fries) with melted cheese and mayonaise.

I made home made Chicken Tikka Massala and Rice with Garlic and Corriander Naan bread I guess thats the last thing I really ate. I am scoffing a bag of Smoky Bacon Crisps (Potato chips) right now! :lol:

My sequin jeans and my black t-shirt which says, 'When I am good I am very good, but when I am bad I am better!' Unfortunately I am not going to be in them much longer thanks to the protruding belly! :lol:

1. How did you learn to do all the wonderful siggie's you do?

I had PSP8 for ages (Paint Shop Pro) I mainly used it for touching up photos and I make calenders and Christmas cards for relatives using family pictures. I knew that I could make signatures but really didnt have the courage to do them for other people. My inspiration came from Lisa (Tempermental) who used to be at UB, I can never be as good as her, but she gave me lots of tips and advice on how to make them, not to mention many links on where to get pictures, tubes and fonts etc. And over time I have become more confident and more creative in doing them. Its something I really enjoy doing :)

2. Have you picked out a baby name for the little one that is Due in Aug? If so what are the choices you have made?

Yes, I am sticking to very traditional Scottish names. The name I have chosen for a girl is Eilidh Hannah (pronunce A-lee) This was a name I had decided for Sarah, I imagined her to be born with jet black hair so I thought Eilidh would suit but she was born with RED!! Hair and Eilidh didnt seem right for her. Typically, Sarah's hair is going darker now.

For a boy, I have chosen Rhuaridh Ryan, or Ryan Rhuaridh I havent decided on which way I want this. Ryan is a name I really like, and Rhuaridh is my Dad's name and I love it. Rhuaridh is pronunced Roo-a-thee.

3. Are you wanting a Boy or Girl thiis round?

To be honest, I would be happy with either, it would be cheaper if it were a girl :lol: As the poor thing would get Sarah's old hand-me-downs and there are some cute outfits there that I had a pang of sadness putting away when she grew out of them, so it would be nice to get them out again. But also, since this is my last baby I would like a little boy to make a set! :lol: I sound like I am comparing them to China! :lol: I am actually leaning to this one being a boy as its so different to my last pg, but then all pg are very different. I have my Big U/S on 3/7 but I am going to resist finding out!

What's your pet peeve?

Lateness!!! I hate when people arrange to meet up and are always late, whether it be 5 mins or even 30mins! Its even more annoying when they know you have a cell and they dont call you!! The biggest issues I have at the moment is appointments. As I am going to the Dr's and Midwife often They never run to time!! Its so infurating, And of course I dont like to turn up late as it would be just my luck they would be on time and I miss my appointment!

What would you say your worst habit is?

picking scars, I know I shouldnt do it but I cant help it. I am actually suprised that I dont have huge holes in my skin! :lol:

What would DH say your worst habit is?

I asked him because I honestly dont think I have bad habits! :lol: And he gave me a frigging list! :rolleyes:

He says the one that really annoys him is my sleep talking or hitting! :shocked: I knew I sometimes talk in my sleep but he says its really bad!

The other thing which annoys him is my constant clearing up, he says he sometimes doesnt feel as if the house is a home as I am constantly going around with the vaccuum or the duster! :fish:

What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
I have so many, but my real guilty pleasure is chocolate cream cakes with a cup of tea, better than sex in my opinion! :lol:

I love making my Sunday roast, typical English dinner, Roast Beef, Mash creamy potato, Farmhouse veg, yorkshire pudding (which I make all by myself not frozen bought stuff!) And roast potatoes, with lashings off gravy :lick:

Bizzare, but its Llamas! :lol: You know the ones that look a bit like camels and they spit! We actually dont get many off them just wandering around in Scotland but there are some that live on a farm near us and I hate walking past them, I am positive they see me and run like the wind to the fence preparing their flem! I am also terrified of cows! I got chased by one when I used to have to cross their field to get to my horse (Which unfortunately I no longer have :( )

4. What is you're nickname that you're Dh would call you?

DH has never called me by name since we got married, he always calls me The Wife, he has no romantic nicknames for me :( (The other one he uses is Dick! I have no idea why!)

5. What do you call you're DH?

You have to understand, our relationship is very commical, although we love each other daily we are constantly winding each other up in a commical sense, we never take each other seriously, which amuses a lot of our friends. My nickname for him as always been Wipe (which is another name for Dick), or Tubby, even though hes not, he is fanatical about the gym! :lol:

6. What type of Music do you like?

I love music period, when I left school, I went to study Music to become a music teacher, I think music is very important in life not only can it be theraputic it can also be educational.

For singing along to music I love either good Rock Ballads or Pop music, I am not a huge fan of Dance you know like the late 80's early 90's Acid movement. Anything with a good beat!

I also love classical/Opera music and have really taken to a new group called iL Divo, fantastic music and some 4 hotties to look at!

I also play the piano and playing classical music just makes me feel uplifting and Sarah loves it too. I listened to it a lot when I was pg with her so we will have to wait and see if she becomes really intelligent! :lol:

I honestly dont remember an exact moment when "I went cor blimey I want to spend the rest of my life with this stud!" In fact I dont think I ever did! :dizzy:

I had known DH for 6yrs before we started dating, in fact he was engaged to someone as was I we met through my ex! via a vast circle of friends. Being Scottish through and through its more than likely we met in a bar, guzzling vast amounts of alcohol. After I split from my ex, which was hard, my friend made me go to a 30th birthday party and it was a 60's night. I looked the dogs balls in an awful pair of flares with matching waistcoat that had seashells in sycedilic colors with a very large pair of white PVC platforms which I am suprised that I didnt break my neck in! Colin (DH) was also there in a pair of khaki pants and a black sweatshirt! Very un60's :rolleyes: I started to wind him up about not getting into the swing of things, and we just got talking properly then. It transpired that he also split from his ex and we have been together ever since that was back in 99 the summer off. 1-2-3 awww

What accomplishment in your life are you most proud of?

Apart from becoming a mom after stage II Endometriosis, I think being an IT manager with 8 men under me ( :awink: ) all of which were older than me, a few tried to make my life very difficult thinking I wasnt up to the job and I know they resented the fact that a younger female was their boss. I proved them all wrong, and believe it or not, recently one of those men I met at the store told me that the place wasnt the same since I left :shocked:

What do you like most about being a SAHM?

I think not getting up early in the morning to get the slap on the face and decide which suit I am going to wear into the office has a major advantage!

I also love spending time with my daughter and am constantly amazed everyday when she does or says something new, these are the things that I would miss if I went back to work.

Do you read in the bathroom?

My bathroom is a library! :lol: I have a magazine rack under the sink!

What "theme" is your bathroom decorated in?
Apart from a library theme, its not really got much of a theme, I have metallic blue/silver and green tiles. The rest of it just looks like a disregarded Salon with hair bottles and make up/remover all over the shelves!

Do you prefer being barefoot or wear shoes?

In the winter, its shoes outside and slippers in the house, I have had my faithful pink fluffy slippers for 4yrs now, I get a new pair every freeking Christmas but I refuse to wear them, my pink ones are loyal and comfy!

In the summer, I am always barefoot, I wander the house and the garden barefoot.
