Ok....I guess that's enough for now. The ones that are digi pics I'm working on getting stitched because I like the quality better. For those who don't know what stitching is.....my scanner only scans 8 1/2 X 11.69" so I scan each half of the page and then "stitch" them together in PhotoStudio! I'm loving it!

It's a great gift Jenn - my cousin LOVED it and went around showing it to everyone (I gave it to her when we all met at her wedding location just days before the wedding).

What I did was picked out a few coordinating papers and that's all I used throughout the whole thing. And I did a similar format for each two facing pages throughout which made coming up with creative ideas a lot simpler! And then it went fast too!

OK... that's it so far. :) This was a trip that my MIL, FIL, SIL, husband and two oldest daughters took in January, 2000. I was happily 7 months PG with #3 at the time, so I wasn't able to go. :( This album was supposed to be a combined gift for both MIL & FIL's birthday, but sadly, my FIL passed away suddenly in March of this year. :(

I had to adjust the picture of the LO some, it looks a lot better in person. It's using an acrylic overlay.

Here's one I just did! I might have DH do some journalling but I'm not sure yet...I don't know if it will throw it off to add something else. I've never really done a page just for a "feeling" rather than an event or something like that so I'm not used to not needing journalling!!

The writing you can't read at the top is one of those dictionary definitions for "son" and then under "father's pride" I stamped JUN 2004

It looks awesome, Michelle! A suggestion for journaling... if you don't want it jumping out at you on the page, you could tuck it into a little pocket under the larger photo, or, depending on how you fixed the large photo, you could tuck it up under that. The journaling for "Daddy's Arms" and "Dare to Dream" are semi-hidden. :)
