What is a typical breakfast for you?

What do you eat for breakfast normally?

As for myself I am not much of a eater first thing in the mornings:rolleyes: . once in awhile i will eat breakfast.

I may take a bit here and there from my kids' breakfast, but I don't usually eat right away too, unless I'm famished first thing. I mostly do brunches during the week and that tides me over until dinner.

i try and at least drink milk . .I need to start eating better again .. . I got in a rut of eating bad during the day .. cant do that and BF
