Do you get sick alot or not? Are you able to "keep up" when exercising. Do you rarely see a doctor. Do you feel good in your body? Do you consider yourself a health concious person.
I myself see my self as somewhat very healthy, even thou i do have a few health problems and on meds, But i can keep up in the exercise part, and yes i am a very Health concious person.. I see a dr on a regular basis, sometimes to much if you ask me...LOL
i feel alright in my body...

I don't get seriously ill often, but I battle seasonal allergies and sinus infections regularly. More annoying than anything else, but still...! A lot of that has to do with where I live, not my general health, necessarily - I never had allergies until I moved to Texas, and they've gotten worse since I've lived where I am now.
I can keep up fairly well exercising, depending on who I'm keeping up with! I consider that more being out of condition than unhealthy, though.
I rarely see a doctor - I only go if I feel pretty rotten. I generally feel OK in my body (and days when I don't, it's more of an emotional/mental thing than physical), and I think I'm somewhat health-conscious (i.e., I know what I should do, I just don't always do it! ).
So I guess I'm fairly healthy.

I'd have to say I'm fairly healthy. I don't see the Dr as much as I should..I have terrible allergies that turn into a sinus infection/bronchitis/pneumonia.
However, I do eat pretty healthy by limiting sugar, refined carbs, and eating more veggies, and complex carbs, lean meats, etc. I exercise everyday for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs 5 to 6 days a week.
So, I say fairly healthy.
I would say I am moderatley healthy. I do look after myself, although I was diagnoised with asthma at the age of 12 I take meds for it but it does play up with the seasonal weather.
Unfortunately its one of those things. I thought after 5yrs in the clear I was cured, but recently took a chest infection via a flu and it has come back. The Dr told me that although I may not have symptoms I will always be asthmatic :(
