Preconception appointment

Did you make an appointment with your family doctor or OBGYN before TTC'ing? What sort of pointers/advice did you receive? Did they place you on a prescription prenatal?

No i didn'r make a appt before i started TTC, but after about a year of Tring i decided to go and that is when she went on and started me on the prescription prenatal. but with them being so dag on high, i decided to take the over the counter kinds, they work just as good... Kwim?

She gave me pointers on when to have intercourse and the best timne to have it, and what to wear and not to wear, and that was for me and Randy. and also to avoid hot showers and all that as well.

Nope, I just stopped BCP to TTC, but this is only our first month. We will try naturally, no charting, no nothing until my normal yearly checkup in Sept & if nothing has happened by then, I'll ask my DR at that appt. :)
