I'm always on the lookout for good crockpot recipes, and I love to see what other people enjoy making. :) So let's all share our tried and true favorites!

Italian Beef
3-4 Pound roast
Parsley 1 tablespoon
Basil 1 tablespoon
Oregano 1 tablespoon
Garlic 1 tablespoon
Salt and Pepper to taste
5 bay leaves
1 1/2 cup water
Lemon juice 5 tablespoons
1 lipton onion soup mix

Cook in slow cooker until done

Serve on hoogie rolls or just on a plate
