I'm a member of a local Moms of Multiples group. I just love being a part of it all. Anyone else?
I was a member of a local club. we have moved and their is not a club in this area.

That's too bad Kim. Maybe they can help you find one that is somewhat close?

I was more active during pregnancy than I am now
I actually drive 45 minutes to one because it's really active and my local one is pretty much inactive. I wish my local one was more active because it would be nice to meet moms that live near me instead of 45 minutes away but oh well, at least I learned stuff and met some people!

I wish I'd joined during my pregnancy. I kept putting it off. I didn't join until my little ones were 3 months old. Oh well. Better late than never! I love my local group.
Hope you local group gets more active. Maybe you can give them some ideas on how to do that. :)

It's funny because I ran into another twin mom at a restaurant recently and even SHE drives the 45 minutes to the other meeting. I wish I'd thought to get her name and number so we could see about getting something on our side of town going more actively but I didn't. Her kids were almost a year old so I just wasn't thinking about it at the moment.
I wish I had ideas to share but I don't! And ufortunately I'm in a difficult position - my husband works evenings so I can't do anything at night that doesn't allow me to bring the babies (I only have a couple of people that will babysit for free right now and I try to be selective about asking so I don't wear out their generosity). So I haven't even been able to do much with the other group since they were born.

I joined at 12 weeks pregnant and still go. We have childcare provided by a group of local high schoolers and our meeting is at the hospital where I delivered, so I'm comfortable going. I don't get to go to alot of the weeknight activities b/c of work and John's work schedule, but I make it to most weekend things and also our monthly meetings.
