Vegiatrian Chili from a box :embarass:. Not too exciting here. DH has class tonight so I'm on my own for dinner.

I didn't have time to cook today, so DH picked up double cheeseburgers from JITB. Not the healthiest, but okay in a pinch. We throw away the buns of course, and add a side salad.

Nancy, I've got a great recipe for turkey sour cream enchiladas. It's great for turkey leftovers.

I was on my own AND had to finish the Turkey Leftovers. I had a Hot Turkey Sandwich (with Gravy and French Fries) for dinner. I also made some Turkey Salad with the last of the Turkey (I expect DH to eat that when he come home from work tonight).
