For years, we've been hearing that olive oil is the way to go. Lately, I've been reading that while olive oil is better than regular veggie oil, it's really canola oil that is the best to use. I started using canola oil, but there are still times where I use just olive oil because it works nicer (for frying fish in a skillet, for example) than canola oil.

What oil do you use for cooking??

I mostly use olive oil, I do have a bottle of canola oil for when I need to make tostadas or something fried.

I use mostly olive and grapeseed oils, sometimes canola.
