So, Rich decided he is too big, and wants to lose some weight. He went to put on dress pants for work the other morning, and was really annoyed by the fact they would not fit. So, he decided he would only eat fruits/veggies (maybe some whole-grain stuff) during the day, and then eat something more substantial for supper in the evenings.
(or if he had a larger lunch, he would just eat fruit/veggies at supper)
So, for the past week, he's been doing well with his new outlook on eating. He says he hasn't been hungry the way he thought he might be, and is able to keep himself feeling satisfied throughout the day. He does have a snack of a banana/peanut butter at work, and the extra protein probably helps him keep the munchies away.
