Generally always the same. I go back and forth between turkey and roast beef though. Otherwise I almost always do it on wheat with most everything except like cucumbers and some of the other less traditional sandwich toppings.
Oh and at Subway, the messier the tastier so pour on the fattening oil and vinegar!

The cold cut combo, or the good 'ole meatball sub. The 'gourmet' breads are good, but I usually settle for the original white/wheat. Mmmmm!!

Pre-lap band, I was a big fan of the meatball sub. :lick: I liked onions and mayo on mine. I also liked the chicken teriyaki when they came out with that, and I'd branch out and try something new every so often. Post-band, bread isn't a real good choice for me, so if I go to Subway at all (I seldom do anymore), I'll usually get one of their salads, or just a couple of scoops of tuna salad.

I usually like roast beef on white (I do try to do wheat sometimes too) w/mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. I'm a simple gal. :D

Confession time...my subway sandwich of choice is the pizza sub on wheat bread with mayo and pickles!:lick: Dh cringes everytime I order it and I always get some wierd comment from the person behind the counter ( except for when I was pregnant- one look at my belly and they took it as a pg thing! if they just knew )
