I am so glad that you are enjoying the AB site! I was very fortunate to come across it when I was pregnant with Joshua. Jenn and Mina have done an awesome job with it! I wish I could take credit for such an awesome project but I cannot. I have just been blessed to be included in assisting new friends like yourself. It is a great honor!
Consider starting a Pregnancy Journal so we can follow you through this wonderful event in your life, you can also start a Parenting journal where we can learn from your experiences as our little ones will eventually reach that 6 year milestone like your son! :)

Sherry - welcome to you and congrats on the new house in the near future!! I bet you already have a room designated for the nursery!! I know when we were looking for houses a year before considering ttc- that was always in my mind as I looked at the rooms! That darn baby bug!!LOL!!
Consider starting a Just life journal for now and then you can always move onto a TTC journal when the time is right!

Journals are great ways for us to get to know you all better. Please stop by and check out my journal!

Hi all!
After just one month of TTC, I am pregnant! Life is a miracle! I was convinced it would take at least a few month after being on the pill for so many years... but no, I am a lucky one. Just keeping my fingers crossed for the first months... as I know quite a few of my friends lost their first pregnancy.
I am feeling fine today. I had quite a bad spell of morning sickness for about 2 weeks, I am very tired but I am soooo happy.
My husband is overwhelmed and happy too.
My first doctor's visit is only scheduled in May but I am so excited I don't know how I'll wait untill then!

Oh my goodness, congratulations, Evy! :yippee: :bighug: I hope you have an easy pregnancy, and May will be here before you know it! :) Might I suggest starting a pregnancy journal? I had one with my son, and I'm glad I kept a record of everything - it's neat to go back and read it now, and I know it will be a nice keepsake for him someday.

A journal is a good idea... I seem to know so little about my mother's pregnancy that I think it would be great for my baby to now how it all happened. But I suppose my mother will start getting talkative. My problem is distance. I now live in Montreal and she lives in Belgium... Lucky we can phone over the net!
I am soo excited and a little anxious on how to get through this gigantic leap in our lives! From being responsible of ourselves, we are going to be responsible for this small and defenseless person. What an adventure ahead of us!

Ah, Julian is a little moose - he's probably as big as a 4-year-old, although he's just turning 3 in July. He's getting quite independent, and is very two - I get lots of "no", "stop it", "go 'way, mama", and flaming meltdowns. :lol: I wouldn't trade him, though! He keeps me hopping, and I adore him. Thanks for asking! :)

What is DH? I'm sorry if I'm rusty when it comes to forum lingo-HEE!
But, my husband and I actually weren't trying. We were thinking we would try in a few years, however, we are both super excited. We used the sponge :)
We both wanted to start a family now but we thought we would wait until after I was done with Nursing school (Career change). So, this was a surprise. An amazing, and very exciting one to say the least. I remember my doctor telling me one never fully feels ready so to not wait too long. I'm glad it happened this way b/c I feel it was all on God's timing and not our own; you know what I mean?

It is super exciting to have one of each! I can't wait for this pregnancy to be over but I'm sad as it will be my last. This pregnancy has been totally different then my last one both have been great pregnancies just different in almost everyway.

Yes I'm pretty sure that we are done with two. This is the number we have always said we wanted and I think our family will feel complete with the 4 of us. I'm not going to say never but pretty sure that this is it. If anything we will get a dog hehehe

Nothing wrong with that. We plan on having 2 more after this baby and then we will have a total of 6 all together. Right now we have 3 between us and this baby will be number 4. We have a cat and plan on getting a dog as well. We plan on moving out in to the country and gettting farm animals.
